CVC is launching an 18-month Cloud Support Specialist apprenticeship in its Global Service Desk, based in the UK. You will gain hands-on experience with hardware deployment, laptop builds, and Windows/Microsoft 365 support while delivering high-quality service.

As you progress, you may take on more advanced tasks as skills and needs allow, with travel between local UK offices and a focus on security and professional growth.
