Cloud Engineer – Contract (Inside IR35)

Clearance : Active NPPV3 required

We’re recruiting an experienced Cloud Engineer to support a long-term public sector programme delivering secure, cloud-based platforms.

Key Details
  • Contract : Inside IR35
  • Start date : Before end of January
  • Working pattern : Remote-first (UK-based)
  • On-site : Occasional travel to London as required
  • Day rate : £600-750, flexible DOE
  • Clearance : Active NPPV3 required to start (no sponsorship)
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Develop and manage infrastructure using CloudFormation
  • Design and support CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
  • Work collaboratively within agile delivery teams
  • Ensure solutions align with security and public sector standards
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience as a Cloud Engineer in AWS environments
  • AWS infrastructure and services
  • CloudFormation / Infrastructure as Code
  • CI / CD pipelines , specifically GitHub Actions
  • Experience working on public sector or regulated programmes
  • Active NPPV3 clearance
