Security Recruitment Consultant

London | £35,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £100k+)

Are you a proven networker with a background in security, policing or the military? We're looking for an ambitious 360 billing Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist agency placing elite security and cyber threat professionals with discerning clients worldwide.

About Us

We're a London-based boutique recruitment agency operating at the pinnacle of the security sector. Our clients include high net worth individuals, foreign diplomats, government institutions and private organisations who demand excellence. We place highly skilled professionals across close protection, cyber security, tactical surveillance countermeasures, and critical asset protection on both permanent and contract assignments.

The Role

You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging and placing exceptional security talent into sensitive, high‑stakes roles. This involves building relationships with candidates from military, police and specialist security backgrounds, understanding complex client requirements, and delivering recruitment solutions where discretion and quality are paramount. Occasional overseas travel will be required to support clients at high‑profile events and exhibitions.

What We're Looking For

• Background in security, military, policing or related field (essential for credibility and network)
• Natural relationship builder with strong communication skills
• Commercially driven with the ambition to maximise your earning potential
• Resilient, resourceful and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain enhanced security clearance
• Understanding of the security landscape (close protection, cyber security, surveillance) is advantageous
