To support the practice in the effective use of clinical and administrative systems, ensuring staff have reliable IT access and accurate data for patient care, reporting, and claims. The role focuses on operational support and routine administration rather than strategic planning. The role includes providing first‑line IT support, managing staff access to systems, being responsible for the practices claim, assisting with targets, running searches and reports, and ensuring compliance with data protection and information governance requirements.
