Minimum qualifications include being an NMC registered nurse with three years of post-qualification experience, along with strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years post qualification experience required.
• Experience within SARCs, forensic healthcare, sexual violence services, or safeguarding.
• Training or experience in forensic examinations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational, clinical, and forensic delivery of the service.
• Oversee day-to-day running of Horizon SARC.
• Manage quality and compliance with CQC, ISO 15189 and other regulations.
