A leading health organization in Slough seeks a dedicated Clinical Research Nurse/Practitioner to join their Research and Innovation team. The successful candidate will support clinical trials, providing vital patient care and managing study data. Ideal applicants will have a relevant registration and preferably a post-graduate qualification in health sciences. This role offers a competitive salary of £32,602 to £39,686 annually along with excellent training opportunities for career development.
We are looking to recruit a knowledgeable and dedicated Clinical Research Nurse/Practitioner to join the Research and Innovation department at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust.
The post holder will work with a vibrant team of research nurses and practitioners delivering a broad portfolio of research studies. The post holder will be expected to contribute to the assessment and management of the care pathways for patients and carers participating in clinical trials. This will include the recruitment, education and monitoring of trial patients and the collection and documentation of accurate data.
Previous research experience is desirable but not essential. Full training and supervision is provided. Experience in any of the specialty areas such as cancer, urology, critical care or midwifery would be of advantage.
The role is based at Wexham Park Hospital but will involve some cross site working to support delivery teams at other sites of Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust.
