Grade UE05: £29,588- £35,608 per annum.

Employment Details

Full Time: 35 hours per week.

Fixed Term: 8 months.

The post is full-time (35 hours per week); however, we are open to considering part‑time or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non‑contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on‑campus working.

This post currently has an end date of 31st August 2026, but this may be extended upon funder milestones being met.

The Opportunity

The post holder will participate across two exciting research projects from colleagues at the Center for Reproductive Health within the IRR. Firstly, as a member of the clinical research component entitled ‘Wellcome Leap Missed Vital Sign project: Mechanisms and Biomarkers of Endometrial Health’.

Your skills and attributes for success
  • First level registered nurse with relevant experience demonstrating the appropriate competencies and skills (particularly communication, organisation) for the job.
  • Previous experience of conducting patient identification and recruitment (especially in women’s health studies) and obtaining informed patient consent for clinical research studies of a diverse nature is desirable but not essential. Relevant research experience includes awareness of ICH GCP Guidelines, EU Clinical Trials Directive and Research Governance Framework.
  • Team‑working skills and the ability to work using own initiative.
  • Effective communication and time‑management skills.
  • IT Skills including knowledge of Microsoft packages.
