Qualifications

  • A legal right to work in the UK.
  • A current NMC Pin registration or clinical background/experience desirable.
  • Experience of the health and/or care sector at Deputy Manager level or above.
  • Previous experience of managing a team.
  • Demonstrable experience of coaching and developing colleagues.

  • Manage the needs of highly dependent residents.
  • Ensure effective management of the home and its operations.
  • Oversee recruitment and retention of staff.
  • Responsible for budgetary management.
  • Ensure compliance with care and regulatory standards.
