A leading healthcare provider in London is seeking a part-time Clinical Psychologist for a fixed term of 12 months. The role focuses on supporting individuals following a first episode of psychosis, ensuring quality of life while working in partnership with service users and other healthcare professionals. Qualifications

  • Postgraduate doctorate in clinical/counselling psychology required.

Responsibilities

  • Minimise risk of future breakdowns and maximise quality of life.
  • Support individuals and families in line with NICE guidelines for psychosis.
  • Deliver psychology provision alongside senior psychologists.

Skills

Doctoral-level knowledge of research methodology
Evidence of CPD as recommended by the BPS
Awareness of impact of discrimination on mental health
Competence in basic IT systems
Knowledge of evidence-based psychological therapies

Education
