Overview

We employ 4000+ people and offer roles across experience levels. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist with a passion for neurorehabilitation to join a multidisciplinary team and deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychological input.

You will work with individuals with complex neurorehabilitation needs, supporting psychological recovery and contributing to the wider rehabilitation journey.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients by upholding safeguarding practices and protecting human rights.
  • Undertake comprehensive psychological assessments, clinical formulations, and interventions, including specialist neuropsychological assessments for individuals with acquired brain injury.
  • Deliver evidence-based individual and group interventions to reduce psychological distress and improve functional outcomes.
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of interventions to monitor impact on recovery.
  • Provide clinical guidance and supervision to support colleagues in delivering evidence-based psychological interventions.
  • Maintain security procedures and continuously assess and manage clinical risks.
  • Maintain HCPC registration as a Practitioner Clinical Psychologist, engage in CPD, and uphold competence in psychological and risk assessments.
  • Foster positive, collaborative relationships with colleagues, families, carers, and external visitors, promoting a respectful and inclusive environment.
