A healthcare provider is seeking a qualified Clinical Pharmacist to join their multidisciplinary team in Bradford. The part-time position involves direct patient care, collaboration with GPs, and supporting the medication optimisation process. Ideal candidates will hold an independent prescribing qualification, possess a master's degree in pharmacy, and have IT proficiency. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential. The position requires a qualified pharmacist with an independent prescribing qualification, who will operate within their professional limits as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
This position is 20hrs per week, working days negotiable.
Ideally with experience of working in a GP practice setting.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the GP and other practice clinical and non-clinical staff, playing a key role in supporting GPs and the broader primary care team to provide safe and effective care. They will provide medication-related patient services, including direct patient care.
This is an exciting position which will require an innovative and visionary Clinical Pharmacist. The successful applicant will need to be self-motivated and able to work on their own. You will have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills together with a good working knowledge of primary care and the challenges facing patient care in the NHS.
This role is practice based and we are unable to offer remote working.
