Added to that we’re the first health insurer in the UK to be awarded B-Corp status in recognition of our significant achievements in sustainability, in addition to our ambitious environmental and social responsibility goals.

As a Clinical Operations Executive at Simplyhealth, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our clinical services operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality. You will support the day-to-day running of our clinical operations, maintain strong relationships with partners, uphold clinical governance standards, and help us continually improve how care is delivered to our customers.

Your clinical background and operational mindset will help us deliver consistent, safe and efficient healthcare services across our partner network.

Key responsibilities
  • Clinical Operations & Service Delivery: Ensure smooth delivery of clinical services, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner Management: Support onboarding, validation, and monitoring of clinical partners; review quality metrics and compliance. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with third-party clinical service providers.
  • Clinical Governance & Risk: Help mitigate clinical risks, contribute to incident reviews, and champion governance principles across Simplyhealth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Partnerships, Legal, and Customer Services teams to align operations. Provide clinical operational insights to support business decisions and partner strategy.
  • Quality & Continuous Improvement: Review clinical complaints, track and analyse quality trends to identify areas for service refinement and assist in the implementation of operational improvements.
