An exciting opportunity for a gynecological nurse to develop specialist knowledge and skills in Urogynaecology within MFT Gynaecology.
The Urogynaecology team provides care for women with urinary incontinence and prolapse, and is part of one of only nine specialist Mesh centres in the UK. The role involves investigations and treatments delivered in nurse‑led clinics.
You will need to be highly motivated, enthusiastic and demonstrate strong clinical leadership. Proven leadership experience and excellent communication skills are essential.
An internal and external training programme will be provided to achieve the required competencies before practising autonomously. Senior Clinical Nurse Specialists and the wider multidisciplinary team will offer ongoing support.
This is a permanent post open to internal candidates within MFT Gynaecology on ORC, Wythenshawe, Withington and North sites. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive induction and annual appraisal with personal development plans.
