Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Location : Remote

Salary : Up to £65,000 DOE

Working Arrangement : Remote – occasional office attendance (circa 1 day per month)

Clinical Negligence roles don't need to be office-based!

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Clinical Negligence solicitor to step into a Senior Associate role within a well-established claimant practice, offering genuine autonomy and a predominantly remote working model. Office attendance is minimal (around one day per month), making this role ideal for those seeking flexibility without compromising on the quality or complexity of work. You’ll be trusted to operate at senior level, managing your own caseload while playing a meaningful role in the continued development of the Clinical Negligence team.

About the Role

• Manage a varied claimant Clinical Negligence caseload from instruction through to conclusion
• Contribute to the smooth running and strategic direction of the department
• Support and mentor junior fee earners and support staff where appropriate
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Play a role in business development and external engagement (light-touch, circa one event per month)
• Lead by example, contributing to firm-wide standards and culture

About You

• Be a qualified Solicitor with circa 5+ years’ PQE in Clinical Negligence
• Demonstrate consistently high technical and client care standards
• Be comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting
• Enjoy contributing at a senior, strategic level
• Have experience, or an interest, in mentoring and departmental development
