A leading healthcare provider is seeking Clinical/Counselling Psychologists to join its Early Intervention in Psychosis service in Greater London. We are seeking Clinical/Counselling Psychologists (CP) to join the Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) service in Barking & Dagenham. This post would suit someone with an interest in trauma and working with adolescent populations. The role includes leadership in developing improved adolescent pathways within EIP and joint working with CAMHS. NELFT EIP is a multidisciplinary team serving people aged 14–65 experiencing a first episode of psychosis and their families. BD EIP has an 8b CP specialising in trauma interventions across the four NELFT EIP boroughs. The service is focused on trauma-informed care, with particular attention to NET and EMDR.
NELFT EI services provide supervision and CPD opportunities, including individual and group supervision in CBTp, and group supervision in FIp and NET, with access to annual NET training. The Trust has strong links with CP courses at UCL, UEL and Royal Holloway. The post holder would be supported to participate in teaching and research projects if they wish.
