A leading mental health service provider in Coventry is seeking a Band 8b Clinical/Counselling Psychologist. The role involves providing psychological interventions to individuals with complex needs while working in a multi-disciplinary team. Band 8b Clinical/Counselling Psychologist - 1.0 wte - Community Mental Health Team (Psychosis).

The Community Mental Health teams are multi-disciplinary and support adults in the community who experience significant mental health problems, including those with ongoing difficulties as a result of psychosis. Compassionate care is at the heart of what we do, and the contribution of psychology and provision of psychological interventions is highly valued. This newly integrated CMH team is developing a pathway for people with psychosis and an enhanced pathway for people with psychosis where meaningful engagement can be a challenge. You will work closely with senior colleagues across our teams and localities on team and service development whilst providing psychological interventions to people with greatest complexity.
