A healthcare provider is looking for a Clinical Applications Support Analyst at their Northampton location. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient delivery of support services for clinical applications and participate in system management. Essential qualifications include a Level 4 diploma and proficiency in IT tools. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage workloads effectively.

The post holder will contribute to the efficient delivery of a second line support service for clinical and non-clinical applications, focusing on service delivery to internal SLAs. This position is based at Northampton General Hospital. The ability to travel between Kettering General and Northampton General Hospital sites will be required.
As a Clinical Applications Support Analyst, you will:
We are looking for a flexible, self-motivated and organised individual who can prioritise workload and deliver to deadlines. You must be proficient in IT tools, with experience communicating effectively with different stakeholders. Working hours are Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00 on a rota. The post holder will be expected to work flexibly to meet the demands of a 24/7 organisation, and occasionally outside core hours to support configuration changes and system upgrades.

Key deliverables include:
Clinical Applications improvement and support: coordination of intake, new starters and transfers; day-to-day system management and user support; account creation and simple changes; identify clinical risks; provide technical support and advice.
