A client-facing consulting role delivering catastrophe and climate risk assessments using advanced modelling and engineering expertise to help global corporates understand, quantify, and manage physical climate and natural hazard risks.
The successful candidate will join a team of industry‑leading experts spanning across insurance, science and engineering, delivering unrivalled analytical risk and risk engineering services. This exciting opportunity comes with various technical challenges across diverse industries and involves projects globally.
This is a full‑time role for an individual with strong analytical, numerical/statistical, scientific or civil engineering background to join the Climate Practice | Physical Risk team at WTW as an associate or lead associate for catastrophe engen and climate risk impact assessments. The position requires both delivering consulting projects and supporting with the Natural Catastrophe and Climate Risk Management Business development.
Key objectives are therefore to assist the Climate Practice | Physical Risk team in developing the catastrophe and climate risk management business in these geographies as well as providing catastrophe and climate risk engineering type assessments or utilizing the insurance market recognised catastrophe risk models with focus on consulting projects on behalf of the WTW’s corporate client base.
