Client Success & Sales Executive

Our client, a highly regarded business currently experiencing significant growth, is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Client Success & Sales Executive to join their team in Horsham.

This role is ideal for an individual with a strong character - someone who enjoys taking initiative, thrives in a changing environment, and is motivated by delivering exceptional service. You’ll be comfortable promoting products and services, upselling where appropriate, and becoming a trusted partner to customers throughout their journey.

The Role
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and solution-focused support.
  • Build strong, trusted customer relationships to improve satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from pre-quotation through to delivery coordination and aftercare.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback, presenting recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and review customer quotations, escalating high-value opportunities where required.
  • Coordinate and submit RFQ responses with accuracy and attention to detail.
