• 2-5 years of Building Surveying experience, ideally on the APC pathway.

• Conduct refurbishments, CAT A/B fit-outs, and improvement works.
• Execute planned maintenance programmes and asset upgrades.
• Perform building inspections, surveys, and technical due diligence.
• Support investment, acquisition, and disposal strategies.
