A leading international insurance company is seeking a Client Services Specialist to deliver exceptional service within its Employee Benefits Risk Team. This role involves providing administrative support, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate should demonstrate effective communication skills and have a strong desire to learn about the Employee Benefits industry, particularly Group Risk products. The position is full-time, based in London, with a hybrid working model.

Howden is seeking a Client Services Specialist to achieve success for our clients. This role specifically focuses on delivering exceptional client service within our Employee Benefits Risk Team and how operationally we can underpin and support our client’s needs. Please note this is a full‑time, permanent role based from our London Office. The expectation is to be onsite 2‑3 days per week on average.
