Job summary

SG Fleet AU in Birmingham is seeking a proactive Customer Services Administrator to support the existing client base and assist in developing business opportunities, ensuring excellent service and accurate administration. It also involves supporting reporting activities and contributing to process improvements.

You will process requests, resolve complaints, maintain data, and build knowledge of SG Fleet's products and services to advise customers effectively; you will collaborate with colleagues

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in customer relations/sales in an office-based environment.
• Strong team orientation and effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to resolve problems to complete resolution in a timely, effective manner.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills and numerical abilities.
• Ability to share knowledge and coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Process customer requests on behalf of or via other teams/ parties.
• Build knowledge of SG Fleet's products, processes, contract types and services and provide support and advice to customers on these.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with customer reporting and data analysis as required with accuracy.
• Maintain system data entry.
• Apply Customer Service best practice.
