Job summary

SG Fleet AU is seeking a Customer Service Officer to deliver excellent service to an existing client base and assist with business development. The role focuses on responding to enquiries, educating customers on leasing options, and processing requests across teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.

You will learn SG Fleet's products, contracts and services, maintain accurate system notes, and contribute to reporting and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer relations/sales.
• Experience in creating teamwork.
• Effective communication verbally and written.
• Ability to resolve problems through to complete resolution in a timely, effective manner.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Strong technical/numerical skills.
• Ability to share knowledge and coach team members.
• GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly and efficiently respond to enquiries and educate the customer to ensure that they have received all the information to make decisions regarding leasing a vehicle.
• Comprehensively learn and understand SG Fleet’s products, processes, contract types and services and provide support and advice to customers on these.
• Process customer requests on behalf of or via other teams/parties whilst always being conscious of the end-to-end delivery stream that is invisible to the external customer.
• Resolve customer complaints through following the Customer Complaint Management Process.
• Assist with customer reporting and data analysis as required and ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain excellent systems notes that are accurate, complete and timely. Apply Customer Service best practices in line with Customer Experience trainings received.
