Job summary

SG Fleet Group in the UK is seeking a motivated Sales Support/Consumer team member who will handle inbound calls and emails, assist with quoting and sales queries, follow up opportunities and ensure regulatory compliance while contributing to hitting B2C targets.

You will build dealer relationships, use sales tools, and help with reporting and data analysis, while prioritising workloads and maintaining accuracy across systems such as Dynamics and Miles.

Qualifications

• Experience of direct contact with customers.
• Self-motivated with a compliant but hard-working approach to achieving sales targets.
• GCSEs indicating competency in oral & written communication.
• GCSE in Maths or equivalent numeracy qualification.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to work independently AND contribute to a team performance.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the growth of the Consumer fleet by retaining existing business and winning new business
• Advising and guiding drivers through the sales process particularly the technicalities of salary sacrifice
• Utilise tools available and existing sales skills to win the business, having a compliant but hard-working approach to following up customers and responding to their requirements
• Meet and exceed sales and activity based B2C targets
• Build relationships with the dealer network to ensure better access to stock cars, bigger one-off discounts where required to win deals and better support where there are any issues
• Where appropriate, identify process improvement opportunities and raise to Management- working together with other stakeholders to design and implement any changes
• Assist with customer reporting and data analysis as required, predominantly for internal reporting purposes
• Prioritisations of workload to ensure all deadlines are met
• Having a flexible approach to working hours in order to meet customer requirements
• Maintain databases - Dynamics, Miles and other systems used by the business
• To develop an appropriate level of knowledge of our industry and marketplace
• Support wider team objectives by assisting service team, management and other stakeholders where required
