Job summary

Halfords, the UK's leading motoring and cycling retailer, is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to manage customer accounts, process invoices and resolve queries within the Fleet Support Team. Reporting to the Fleet Support Team Leader, you will handle jobs, payments and purchase orders, building knowledge of rates and policies and supporting multiple fleets as needed.

The role is fast-paced and involves working across internal systems, communicating with customers, suppliers and colleagues

Qualifications

• Experience with Excel and using web-based portals.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated attention to detail in processing invoices.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Network inbox and respond to calls and emails.
• Review customer ledgers using internal systems.
• Process sales invoices accurately and on time.
• Distribute customer and supplier invoices per procedures.
• Take ownership of assigned customers and understand rates and policies.
• Proactively chase documentation and close jobs in the system.
• Use Fleetbridge, One Link and Adflex to process jobs and payments.
• Track and organise data effectively.
• Build relationships with suppliers, call centre colleagues and customers.
• Resolve or escalate queries promptly.
• Cover other fleets when required.
• Work both in a team and independently.
