Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of direct contact with customers.
• Self-motivated with a compliant but hard-working approach to sales targets.
• GCSEs or equivalent indicating oral & written communication.
• GCSE in Maths or equivalent numeracy qualification.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to work independently AND contribute to a team performance.
• High level of accuracy in all work produced.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to growth of the Consumer fleet by retaining existing business and winning new business.
• Advising and guiding drivers through the sales process particularly the technicalities of salary sacrifice.
• Utilise tools available and existing sales skills to win the business, having a compliant but hard-working approach to following up customers and responding to their requirements.
• Meet and exceed sales and activity based B2C targets.
• Build relationships with the dealer network to ensure better access to stock cars, bigger one-off discounts where required to win deals and better support where there are any issues.
• Prioritisations of workload to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Maintain databases – Dynamics, Miles and other systems used by the business.
