A leading client services firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Client Service Executive to generate business and onboard new clients primarily through warm leads. The role involves telephone-based sales as well as some face-to-face interactions at exhibitions. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 months of experience in client service or sales and possess strong communication skills. This position offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on client relationship management.
The primary responsibility of the Client Service Executive is to be a leading contributor for the Client On-Boarding Team, constantly achieving targets at both an individual and team level.
Generating business by onboarding new clients from warm leads generated by the business as part of its ongoing marketing work. THIS IS NOT A COLD CALLING SALES ROLE.
There is a requirement to stay current with financial developments across the global economy that affect the currency markets, clients and the organisation.
Typically requires a Minimum of 3 Months - 1 Years experience in a Client Service or Sales role.
