About the Role

You will work within a dedicated department to our unique specialism for clients with an element of exposure to fire safety, namely Protection and Detection (PaD). You will administer commercial clients’ insurance requirements daily including general enquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments, obtaining quotations, invoicing.

What you will be doing
  • Develop and in depth understanding of the niche sector to which the department is based on
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with Commercial Clients, Account Executives, Colleagues, Underwriters and Business Development Managers
  • Provide a proactive and timely service to commercial clients
  • Administer commercial clients’ needs and requirements throughout the policy period. This will include responding to queries, processing Mid-Term Adjustments
  • Maintain an efficient filing system, ensuring information is stored appropriately
Who we are looking for

You’ll Have Experience Working In The Insurance Industry, Ideally Within Commercial Package Business. You’ll Be a Confident Communicator—both Written And Verbal— with the Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders. Strong IT Literacy Is Essential, Along With Experience Using Different Systems And Microsoft Products, Ideally Acturis.

  • A proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
