A leading property management company in Leeds is seeking a Client Accountant to manage the finances for client portfolios. Key responsibilities include overseeing cash flow and financial transactions related to property management. The ideal candidate should have experience with property management finances and proficiency with MRI software. This full-time position offers competitive salary and career development opportunities.
We are currently seeking a Client Accountant to join our Client Accounting team based in our Leeds office.
The primary function of this role is to manage the finances of client monies held on behalf of investors to support the management of a property portfolio. The Client Accountant has ultimate responsibility for all cash held within their assigned portfolio, including rents, service charges, sinking funds, deposits, VAT, and other financial transactions.
Savills primarily uses MRI for client information, but this role may require working on one or more of our clients' own Property Management Systems.

The team consists of five members: one Associate Director, two Client Accountants, and two Apprentices.
We are a close-knit team; working collaboratively to support each other and ensure we meet our clients' expectations.
