Qualifications

  • Experience in a Clerk of Works or similar quality assurance role, preferably in housing or public sector.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of construction and energy efficiency.
  • Ability to travel to various sites as required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections to assess construction quality and compliance with standards.
  • Log inspection reports and maintain an audit trail for SHDF requirements.
  • Liaise with contractors and customers to ensure project compliance.
