A leading healthcare institution in Cambridge is looking for a qualified Clerk of Works to join their Capital Planning and Development Team. The successful candidate will monitor, examine, and keep accurate records of contractor works on healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with high standards. This role requires a strong understanding of health and safety procedures, as well as experience in a healthcare engineering environment. The Capital, Estates and Facilities Directorate are seeking to recruit a qualified Clerk of Works with experience of working in a healthcare engineering environment.
You will be expected to work as part of a team on a wide range of technically challenging capital projects.
You will work within the Capital Planning and Development Team, working alongside a dedicated team of project and engineering managers, Clerk of Works and support staff.
