Clerk of Works - Public Realm Landscaping

We are supporting a project team on a public realm landscaping scheme in Wandsworth and are seeking a Clerk of Works to be based on site full-time.
As Clerk of Works, you will act as the client's representative on site, providing independent oversight and quality assurance throughout the works. You will be responsible for being the eyes and ears on site, ensuring construction activities are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, standards and programme.
Contract length: 4‑6 months
Rate / Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
