Cleaning Performance Support Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Cleaning Performance Support Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering the global Pure Space programme within ISS.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about driving standards, compliance, and operational excellence across multiple sites.

Job Description

In this varied role, you will split your time between delivering training and conducting audits, ensuring cleaning teams are equipped to use products correctly and effectively.

You’ll be instrumental in supporting site mobilisations, troubleshooting issues, and influencing best practice across a wider region. No two days are the same, and on non‑travel days, you’ll have the flexibility to work from home or the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to various locations to support on‑site deployments, training, and audits
  • Deliver engaging, in‑person training sessions to site teams
  • Conduct compliance audits and implement action plans to achieve 100% standards
  • Act as the primary point of contact during on‑site visits for Pure Space‑related queries
  • Support training needs and provide education and guidance to cleaning teams
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure effective use of cleaning products
  • Assist with site mobilisations and pilot projects, including training new staff
  • Collaborate with teams to maintain consistency and drive productivity across sites
Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications
  • Confident in delivering training (formal experience helpful but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate audits
  • Willingness to travel frequently and stay overnight
  • UK driving licence required
  • Cleaning industry experience beneficial but not mandatory
  • Positive attitude and ability to engage with diverse teams
  • Experience with audits, ideally from a supervisor or manager role
  • Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and ambition to progress
