Job summary

Churchill Group is seeking a Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee a team of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers across Devon, Cornwall, Weston and Salisbury. You will blend hands-on site visits with strategic planning to drive performance, service excellence, and client satisfaction, while contributing to mobilisation and innovation projects within the group.

The role provides leadership of three field-based senior managers plus nine account managers, with a focus on growing contract

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in FM or a related sector.
• Experience managing large portfolios with revenue growth.
• Background in acquisitions and integrations with operational alignment.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to drive strategic and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic reviews with senior stakeholders through regular meetings.
• Monitor KPIs and quality metrics across contracts and identify trends.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance and service excellence.
• Oversee financial performance and identify margin improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to respond to client feedback and drive improvements.
