Churchill Group is seeking a Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio ofCleaning contracts across Devon and Cornwall. You will lead a team of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers, blending site visits with strategic planning to ensure service excellence and contract performance.

The role demands strong leadership, financial acumen and a track record of driving growth in FM or related sectors.

Location: Regional area between Devon and Cornwall with sites up to Weston and Salisbury
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum depending on experience + car or car allowance

We’re looking for a collaborative and people-focused Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee a team of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers and their portfolio of Cleaning contracts between Devon and Cornwall, Weston and Salisbury.

In this role, you’ll lead and support a team of three field-based Senior Account Managers and nine Account Managers, helping them deliver excellent service while maximising contract performance. You’ll take a hands‑on approach—combining site visits with strategic planning—to ensure consistency, innovation, and client satisfaction across your portfolio.

You may also contribute to new business mobilisation and innovation projects across Churchill Group, sharing your operational expertise to help shape best practices across the wider team.

As Cleaning Operations Manager, you will:
