Job summary

Churchill Group is seeking a collaborative Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee a team of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers across Devon and Cornwall, with sites up to Weston and Salisbury. The role focuses on service excellence, contract performance, and sustainable growth.

You will combine site visits with strategic planning, lead KPIs and quality metrics, and contribute to new business mobilisation and innovation projects across Churchill Group.

Location: Regional area between Devon and Cornwall with sites up to Weston and Salisbury

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience + car or car allowance

We’re looking for a

collaborative and people-focused Cleaning Operations Managerto oversee a team of

Senior Account Managers

and

Account Managersand their portfolio of

Cleaning contractsbetween

Devon and Cornwall, Weston and Salisbury.

In this role, you’ll

lead and support a team of

three field-based Senior Account Managersand

nine Account Managers, helping them deliver excellent service while maximising contract performance. You’ll take a hands‑on approach—combining site visits with strategic planning—to ensure consistency, innovation, and client satisfaction across your portfolio.

You may also contribute to new business mobilisation and innovation projects across Churchill Group, sharing your operational expertise to help shape best practices across the wider team.

As Cleaning Operations Manager,

you will:
