Job summary

Churchill Services is seeking a collaborative Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of Cleaning contracts across Devon and Cornwall, Weston and Salisbury. You will lead a team of nine Account Managers and three Senior Account Managers, balancing site visits with strategic planning to drive service excellence and contract performance.

The role involves KPI monitoring, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, and contributing to new business mobilisation.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience at senior management or director level within FM or related sector.
Experience managing large portfolios with financial growth.
Strong people leadership with coaching focus.
Ability to drive strategic and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead three Senior Account Managers and nine Account Managers to deliver service excellence across Devon, Cornwall, Weston and Salisbury.
Monitor KPIs, quality metrics and contract performance; identify trends and opportunities.
Conduct site visits to ensure compliance and service excellence.
Oversee financial performance and identify opportunities to improve margins.
Collaborate with operational leaders to respond to client feedback and drive improvements.
Implement scalable processes to support sustainable growth.
