Job summary

Churchill Group is seeking a collaborative Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee a team of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers across Devon and Cornwall, with sites up to Weston and Salisbury. The role focuses on service excellence, contract performance, and sustainable growth.

You will combine site visits with strategic planning, lead KPIs and quality metrics, and contribute to new business mobilisation and innovation projects across Churchill Group.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership at senior management or director level within FM or related sector.
• Experience managing large portfolios with financial growth.
• Background in acquisitions and integrations, with operational alignment.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and building high-performing teams.
• Ability to drive strategic and operational improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Data-informed decision-making and commercial awareness.
• Practical, solutions-focused mindset with long-term vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic reviews with senior stakeholders through regular meetings.
