Responsibilities

• Assist Cleaning Services Team Manager with planning, preparation, and daily operations to keep the department running smoothly.
• Support stock management, team rotas, recruitment, training, and overall team development.
• Monitor budget performance, safety and compliance checks, and ensure legislative requirements are met.
• Oversee daily cleaning tasks, address feedback, and implement improvements for a clean, safe guest environment.
• Balance hands-on tasks with administrative responsibilities for seamless operations.
