Haven is hiring a Cleaning Services Operations Assistant to support the Cleaning Services Team Manager in planning, preparing and running daily operations across the park. The role involves stock control, rotas, recruitment and training, while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating cleaning or facilities operations is valued but not essential.
• Proven ability to plan and organise operational tasks for large teams.
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy, customer-focused environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Motivated to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cleaning Services Team Manager with planning, preparation and daily operations to keep the department running smoothly.
• Support stock management, team rotas, recruitment, training and overall team development.
• Monitor budget performance, conduct safety and compliance checks, and ensure legislative requirements are met.
• Oversee daily cleaning tasks, address feedback and implement improvements to maintain a clean, safe guest environment.
• Balance hands-on tasks around the park with administrative responsibilities to ensure seamless operations.
