Job summary

Haven in Wales is seeking a Cleaning Services Operations Assistant to support daily planning, stock control, and team coordination within the Cleaning Services team. You will balance hands-on tasks with admin duties to keep spaces spotless and welcoming for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cleaning or Facilities roles is valued but not essential.
• Ability to plan and organise operational tasks for large teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cleaning Services Team Manager with planning, preparation and daily operations.
• Support stock management, team rotas, recruitment, training and team development.
• Monitor budget performance and ensure safety/compliance requirements are met.
• Oversee daily cleaning tasks and implement improvements from feedback.
• Balance hands-on tasks with administrative duties to ensure seamless operations.
