Job summary

Haven is seeking a Cleaning Services Operations Assistant to be at the heart of the team, planning daily tasks, coordinating shifts, overseeing stock, recruitment and training, and upholding safety standards to keep spaces spotless.

With a mix of hands-on duties and admin work, you’ll help manage budgets, monitor compliance, respond to feedback, and ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming environment across the park.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and organising operational tasks for large teams.
• Ability to multitask in a busy, customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Motivated to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Team Manager with planning, preparation and daily operations.
• Support stock management, rotas, recruitment and training.
• Monitor budget performance, safety and compliance checks.
• Oversee daily cleaning tasks and implement improvements based on feedback.
• Balance hands-on tasks with administrative duties for smooth operations.
