Job summary

Haven is seeking a Cleaning Services Operations Assistant to keep our parks spotless and guest-friendly. You will join the Cleaning Services Team, helping with daily planning, task coordination, stock oversight, recruitment, and training, while upholding safety and budgets.

With a blend of hands-on work and admin duties, you’ll contribute to a welcoming guest experience across multiple locations and support a culture of service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in roles such as Coordinator, Assistant or Administrator within Cleaning or Facilities operations is valued, but not essential.
• Ability to plan and organise operational tasks for large teams.
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy, customer-focused environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Motivated to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Cleaning Services Team Manager with planning, preparation, and daily operations to keep the department running smoothly.
• Supporting stock management, team rotas, recruitment, training and overall team development.
• Monitoring budget performance, safety and compliance checks, and ensuring legislative requirements are met.
• Overseeing daily cleaning tasks, addressing feedback, and implementing improvements to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Balancing hands-on tasks with administrative responsibilities to ensure seamless operations.
