Job summary

Haven is seeking a Cleaning Services Operations Assistant to play a central role in keeping our spaces spotless and welcoming for guests. You will help plan daily tasks, coordinate the Cleaning Services team and manage stock, budgets and compliance to ensure a smooth operation across the park.

The role balances hands-on cleaning duties with admin tasks, offering training and career development in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cleaning or Facilities operations is valued but not essential.
• Ability to plan and organise operational tasks for large teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Motivated to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cleaning Services Team Manager with daily planning, preparation and operations.
• Support stock management, team rotas, recruitment, training and development.
• Monitor budget performance, safety and compliance checks, and legislative requirements.
• Oversee daily cleaning tasks, address feedback and implement improvements for guest spaces.
