A leading university in Edinburgh seeks a part-time Cleaning Assistant to maintain a clean and safe environment for students, staff, and visitors. Duties include cleaning various campus areas, with a focus on providing high-quality service. The role offers training and development opportunities in a supportive team environment.
Cleaning Assistants join our team on a part-time (15h) permanent basis, working at Craiglockhart Campus.

The role of Cleaning Assistant is to provide a clean and safe work environment for students, staff and visitors to the university.
Cleaning Assistants will be expected to work across all campuses when required.
Daily duties will involve cleaning offices, all kitchen areas, labs, meeting rooms, stairways, toilets, showers etc. You will ensure that set guidelines are followed and all statutory obligations regarding the use of chemicals, manual handling and working with machinery are adhered to.
