Overview

Job Title: Cleaner - Healthcare

Location: Stamford and Rutland Hospital, Ryhall Road, Stamford, Lincolnshire, England, PE9 1UA

Rate of Pay: £12.60 per hour

Contract: Permanent - Part Time; Contractual Hours: 15 per week

We are looking for an experienced Cleaner in our healthcare division to deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. You will ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meets all SLA agreements while adhering to the cleaning schedules.

Responsibilities
  • Provide routine and periodic cleaning to a healthcare environment in line with the contract requirements and SLA.
  • Maintain a high standard of soft services and identify opportunities to improve service quality where possible.
  • Build positive, productive relationships with customers and deliver excellent customer service;
  • Adhere to Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
  • Work with initiative and reliability; operate to a schedule; be a team player; strive for continuous improvement in service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Cleaning experience is beneficial; training can be provided.
  • Full working knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
