Head Office Cleaner

Salary : £12.77 per hour

Salary effective from 1st Jan 2026

Hours : 12.5 per week (Monday - Friday; 5 : 30pm - 8pm)

Location : Crane Hill Lodge, Ipswich

Ref : IP372

We're looking for a dedicated Cleaner to maintain a safe, clean, and tidy environment at our head office, Crane Hill Lodge. In this role, you will work each evening, Monday to Friday, from 5 : 30pm until 8pm. You will ensure all areas are spotless, hazards are addressed, and the building is securely locked and alarmed before leaving.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Clean according to the set schedule, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks inside and outside the building.
  • Keep cleaning supplies stored safely and locked when not in use, following COSHH guidelines.
  • Report any items that are worn out, damaged, or need replacement.
  • Remove litter and keep pathways and car parks neat and tidy.
  • Carry out any other cleaning tasks as instructed by the Estate Services Manager or Mobile Specialist and Clean Team Leader.
  • Comply with Orwell's Health and Safety Policy and carry out activities in a safe manner.
