Overview

In your new role as a Cleaning Operative you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed Service Level Agreements. You will build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, the work schedule, cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises, while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to successfully undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role and work under your own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Keep equipment clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
• Build knowledge of cleaning area, work schedule, equipment, chemicals, while following Health and Safety requirements.
• Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work under own initiative with regular mobile supervisor visits, providing assistance as required.
• Build positive and productive relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service, and continuously improve to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
• Open, honest, self‑driven, determined, reliable, and hardworking with a professional attitude.
• Minimum of five years residence in the UK.
• Eligibility for Government Security Clearance.
