As a Cleaning Operative at RAF High Wycombe, HP14 4UE, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality cleaning services that contribute to a clean, safe, and healthy environment. This role is essential to the well-being of everyone on site, and you'll be an integral part of our team. You'll have the opportunity to interact daily with armed forces personnel, making a real impact on their quality of life and the overall atmosphere of the location.

What You'll Do:
  1. Focus on the details: Carry out a range of scheduled cleaning tasks efficiently and precisely, ensuring all spaces are maintained to high standards.
  2. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene: Take pride in keeping all areas clean, safe, and healthy. Take full ownership of your work, reflecting your dedication to quality.
  3. Collaborate with your team: Participate in daily huddle meetings to discuss priorities, share updates, and align with colleagues and supervisors.
  4. Manage supplies: Monitor stock levels and restock consumables such as toilet tissue and cleaning supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  5. Champion safety and well-being: Be vigilant about health and safety practices. Report any hazards or incidents immediately to maintain a safe environment.
  6. Willingness to learn: Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but comprehensive training and induction will be provided for newcomers.
  7. Communication skills: Interact professionally and courteously to foster positive relationships.
  8. Adaptability and efficiency: Work at a fast pace, adjust to changes, and maintain high standards.
  9. Team spirit and reliability: Support colleagues, listen to guidance, and ensure work is completed effectively.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

Hourly rate: £12.21
