As a Cleaning Operative at RAF High Wycombe, HP14 4UE, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality cleaning services that contribute to a clean, safe, and healthy environment. This role is essential to the well-being of everyone on site, and you'll be an integral part of our team. What You'll Do:
- Focus on the details: Carry out a range of scheduled cleaning tasks efficiently and precisely, ensuring all spaces are maintained to high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene: Take pride in keeping all areas clean, safe, and healthy. Take full ownership of your work, reflecting your dedication to quality.
- Collaborate with your team: Participate in daily huddle meetings to discuss priorities, share updates, and align with colleagues and supervisors.
- Manage supplies: Monitor stock levels and restock consumables such as toilet tissue and cleaning supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Champion safety and well-being: Be vigilant about health and safety practices. Report any hazards or incidents immediately to maintain a safe environment.
- Willingness to learn: Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but comprehensive training and induction will be provided for newcomers.
- Communication skills: Interact professionally and courteously to foster positive relationships.
