Brighton Marina External Estate Cleaner

We're looking for a Cleaner who will deliver excellent service standards while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules at Brighton Marina.

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure site and equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training.
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience is essential.
• Flexible and proactive approach to work.
• Open, honest, self‑driven, and determined attitude.
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour.

Key Details

• Cleaning experience required (external environment).
• £12.60 per hour.
• 6 hours per day, 30 hours per week minimum contract with overtime.

• Performance bonus every 6 months.
• Ability to use a mobile device for data entry.
• Training is mandatory.
